Paint manufacturers use Pulsair™ to mix products in various quantities with a quick turnaround.
Pulsair™ cuts process time, decreases noise levels, and reduces air and energy consumption.
Mixing options include the Pulsair™ PPC, 5-55 Drum Stick and 10-55 IBC Mixer
The Pulsair™ PPC mixes tanks, drums or totes from a centrally located controller which eliminates production bottlenecks. The lightweight hand-held mixers are easily moved from one container to another, reducing the need to move the containers to facilitate mixing.
A customer needed to mix 150 gallons of water-based paint with a powder additive however the powder clumped making mixing difficult and would normally take up to two hours to rectify. Pulsair™ dispersed the powder and blended the colour within 30 minutes.
